There is no risk or obligation, and their deposit—including interest—is fully refundable. When comparing the cost of living in their current homes to living at an SQLC community, they are pleasantly surprised. Plus, they experience true peace of mind knowing that all their long-term health care needs will be addressed.

Specifically, residents invest a one-time entry fee that is 90-95% refundable to them or their estate and a predetermined monthly service fee based on the size of their apartment home. The monthly fee covers everything from full interior and exterior maintenance and landscaped grounds to all community amenities, including flexible dining services with the cost of one meal included per day; all utilities including cable, with the exception of phone; weekly housekeeping and laundering of flat linens; on-site security with emergency call systems in each residence; transportation services and covered parking; and much more. This model has proven highly attractive to all of our residents.
