At SQLC, we focus all of our efforts and resources based on one organizing principle: what's best for our residents. We pay constant attention to their actual experience during each and every phase of our service to and for them. Our goal is to provide an envelope of care and support that blends seamlessly as they move through the years they spend in our communities. And we want them to know that they have also made a very financially sensible decision that is good for them and for their family.

As a not-for-profit, we're not placed in a position of balancing care delivery against a balance sheet. Rather, our model is to invest in the resources to meet their needs as they move through our continuum of care, whether independent or assisted living, skilled nursing or memory support care. Accordingly, we continually monitor our care ratings from residents and proactively move to anticipate their changing needs whenever possible. Our steady stream of resident referrals tells us that our residents recognize and appreciate our focus on their resident experience.
